From SEO Enthusiast to Digital Leader
Back in 2016, I took my first steps into the digital marketing world, diving straight into SEO. At the time, I had no idea this journey would shape my entire career. Over the years, I expanded my expertise beyond SEO, exploring different aspects of digital marketing. The Inspiration Behind Digital Flipt
I witnessed its rapid growth firsthand while working at a digital marketing company. In just a year or two, I saw it scale up, create jobs, and make a real impact. That was my turning point. I knew I wanted to build something of my own—something that would help businesses establish a strong digital presence. That’s how Digital Flipt was born.Key Achievements Along the Way
My journey hasn’t been just about running an agency. In my very first job, I was promoted to team lead within six months and later became a manager. Eventually, I served as the Managing Director of a U.S.-based company. Beyond digital marketing, I successfully launched my perfume brand, BJS Perfume, handling everything from inception to launch. And in between all this, I even managed to fuel my passion for cooking—I can whip up a pretty decent Chinese or fast food dish! The Vision for Digital Flipt

Leadership & Work Philosophy
I believe leadership isn’t just about managing a team—it’s about shaping individuals into better professionals and people. My approach is simple:- Growth mindset: I push my team to improve both professionally and personally.
- Constructive feedback: If there’s an issue, I address it privately rather than calling someone out publicly. This helps maintain team morale and encourages improvement.
- Ownership mentality: I encourage my team to think beyond their job roles. When you make decisions like a CEO, you naturally start seeing things from a strategic perspective.
My Interests & Personal Side
Outside of work, I have a few things that keep me engaged:- Chess – A game of strategy that helps sharpen decision-making.
- Cooking – Because food is life!
- Gaming – A little break from reality never hurts.
